Baby sleep consultant in Cape Town & the Western Cape
Momslifeline is a gentle, in-home baby sleep consultancy run by certified sleep consultant Erica Lötter, helping families across Cape Town and the Western Cape since 2004 — with online support for parents anywhere in South Africa.
Whether your baby wakes every hour, only naps on you, or cries every evening, Erica builds a personalised plan around your child’s age, temperament and your family’s reality. No generic internet programmes, and no leaving your baby to cry alone: we never let a baby cry for more than 3 minutes without seeing, feeling or hearing their parent.
She can guide you online, meet you for a one-on-one consultation, or come to your home to help you through the first nights and naps of your new routine.

Common questions
Do you come to my home in Cape Town?
Yes. Erica offers in-home sleep training and day-sleep support across Cape Town and the Western Cape, including the Northern Suburbs, Southern Suburbs, Boland, Helderberg, West Coast and Overberg. A travel fee applies to some areas — you will see it when you choose your location in the shop.
I live outside the Western Cape. Can you still help?
Yes. Online consultations and WhatsApp or email support are available anywhere in South Africa. Most families never need an in-person visit.
What age children do you work with?
From newborns (routines and expectant-parent preparation) through to toddlers and preschoolers. Gentle sleep training is usually started from about 4 months (corrected age).
Will you leave my baby to cry?
No. Momslifeline never allows a baby to cry for longer than 3 minutes without seeing, feeling or hearing their parent.
